Here are some common questions about Scuba Diving

Do I need to be and expert swimmer?

Is learning to scuba dive very difficult?

Learning to dive is much easier and a lot more fun than many people think.

How complex is it using the equipment?

The equipment is very easy to use.  It looks great too!

Do I need a degree in science for the academic sessions?

The academic sessions are actually very straight forward and are presented in such a way that you will see exactly why we follow some very basic rules.  People are pleased when they see how simple it is to understand these rules.

Where can I dive around here?

Let's start by saying that we live in one of the best areas of the world to scuba dive.  Scuba diving is a very diverse activity.  You can take underwater photos and videos, dive ship wrecks, tropical reefs, local lakes and rivers to name just a few of the things to do.  Oh and by the way,  you can just look around and enjoy the scenery too.  Here in Northeast Pennsylvania, we have freshwater lakes, rivers, and quarries.  The ocean is within driving distance, and the tropical reefs off the coast of Florida and the Caribbean are accessible without having to spend half a day in the air.  The Northeast is well known for wreck diving.  The St. Lawrence River has many fresh water wrecks to dive on.
